Plans for Prada's modernist San Francisco superstore -- just off shopaholic paradise & tourist trap Union Square -- have been scrapped. The property was snapped up by a British real estate firm, leaving the Italians without a left coast mega-flagship. Let's hope this helps Prada's crippling debt.
