Dior wunderkind Hedi Slimane has decided to shelve "London Birth of a Cult," his photographic homage to Dior Homme muse and Kate Moss beau, Pete Doherty. A small advance run (750 copies) of the arty flip-books was released earlier this month. A spokeswoman for the publisher told Radar "If you can get one now, you're lucky." So much for the resurgence of heroin chic.
