City magazine has a great spread on all the high-fashion flight attendant uniforms up in the air right now. Christian Lacroix updated the look for Air France workers (who'd previously worn Dior and Balenciaga, poor things), Julien Macdonald helped improve dowdy British Airways, and of course Kate Spade designed the uniforms for Delta's Song, just in time for them to go under.
