Mr. Blackwell's annual Best and Worst Dressed list issued a barrage of zingers to celebs and the people who dress them. Blackwell called Jessica Simpson a "cut-rate Rapunzel slingin' hash in a Vegas diner" while Renee Zellweger was described as a "pumpkin on a pogo stick" (that's not her clothes, though, Mr. Blackwell, that's called not eating).
