The fashion faces of tomorrow may be seen today, with both London's Fashion Fringe and France's Hyeres Festival coming right up. The Hyeres festival features ten carefully selected new designers and photographers (pictured), while the Fashion Fringe is more like a British "Project Runway," with ten fresh-faced designers competing for the top spot in front of guest-chairman Tom Ford (and that's a step up from Elizabeth Hurley of "Project Catwalk").
