With aGain NYC, designer Allison Teich transforms vintage curtains into funky purses and yoga mat bags. Sara Kirsner of Doie makes kimono-inspired hoodies and loungewear out of eco-friendly bamboo fabric. Reiter8 (re-it-er-ate) creator Katherine Rasmussen makes tote bags out of rescued boat sails. Now if only someone could figure out a way to make Al Gore seem less toxically dull.
