Curbside Catwalk: Portland, OR

Life's rough for a gal who spends her days wining and dining. OK, not really, but 28-year-old part-time harpist Leigh B. does dress for "simple comfort" to teach food and wine classes at Urban Wineworks in Portland, Oregon, and for ensuing hob-nobbing after work. She's wearing:
+ dangly gold earrings from Forever 21. "They were like $3!"
+ painted, sandstone necklace from Africa. "My dad is from South Africa. I love accessories."
+ basic black ruffle shirt from The Gap.
+ Banana Republic jeans. "They are the perfect petite-cut length."
+ strappy gold cork-sole sandals from Target. "They were $15. I love them!"
+ two silver toe rings she's had for eight years. "I have no idea where I got them. Maybe back home in Indiana?"
