I knew there was a reason I loved the silk flapper dress (left) that Emmy-winning British actress Kelly MacDonald wore last Sunday. It was one-of-a-kind Elsie Katz couture gown designed by Seattle's Donna H. Baxter, whose mantra "You don't need an occasion to dress or feel pretty" is as great as her incredible vintage-inspired designs.

I just LOVED her dress. I have not seen any of the post-Emmy fashion shows talk about it.
