It's kinda heard to tell, but this dress, by artist and designer Kat Chow, is fashioned entirely out of measuring tape. She's also made a dress called "Not For Sale" from a thousand crisp dollar bills and a kimono from Power Rangers trading cards. She's also in a punk band named -- what else? -- Fashion Show.
