Fame seems to trump size and shape when it comes to getting magazine covers and editorials. "Celebrities don't have to meet the physical standards the models have," observed hautecouture on the Fashist! Forum. "I guess I don't understand why Jessica Simpson is the image for W and yet they would never dream of using a short, blonde, busty, and sexy model." Perhaps celebs are more important than the clothes, but the clothes are more important than the model.
