Designers around the world have turned thousands of lowly rubbers into surprisingly fashion-forward frocks (the one pictured is from Australia). And lest you think this kind of condom awareness doesn't make a difference, take heart: condom use is actually on the rise, particularly among those most at risk -- young women in Africa.
