Karl Lagerfeld doesn't mind if you talk about his wild days of partying in the 1970s, but talk about his family being broke and you'll be slapped with a suit -- a lawsuit, that is. the author of "The Beautiful Fall" alleges that at one point, "the Lagerfeld family had just two pieces of bread left to eat, one for Karl and another for his sister."
