Replacing bad lighting and broken doors with high-tech interactive mirrors and streaming video has become a priority for everyone from Barneys to J.C. Penney. But all this technology has its drawbacks, as Prada's fancy dressing rooms -- made from clear glass that turn opaque at the press of a button -- prove true. "Customers have been known to forget to press the button and to start undressing."
