Having elevated his pop-culture profile via Target, a talk show and red-carpet titillation, Isaac Mizrahi will at long last return to the runway, nearly a decade after his first line went bankrupt. It'll be a mix of high and low: "Our dream is to have stores where $5 t-shirts can mix with $5000 semi-couture skirts," Isaac's president and CEO told Vogue.com.
