Shapely eveningwear and busty swimwear ruled at Fort Lauderdale's first fashion week, called FTL Moda 2007. The vibe is somewhere between the ladies-who-lunch vibe of Palm Beach and the Frederick's-of-Hollywood feel of Miami. One stylist described Rachel Lym's swimsuits as follows: "These swimsuits have Swarovski crystals. They should never touch the water. They are for sitting on your yacht and sipping champagne."
