Falling Into the Gap

inspired-ga.jpgNot only has Gap had trouble selling its back-to-basics tees, jeans and hoodies after a hugely expensive ad campaign and design overhaul, it looks like soon they might have trouble simply selling themselves. "I think nobody is going to buy the Gap," one retailing consultant told the San Francisco Chronicle. "I don't think anyone is that crazy." Ouch. [via WWD]
