They may call it ready-to-wear, but is anyone really ready to wear anything from Heatherette's collection? As much as I love the idea of a dress covered with googly eyes and crazy mishmashes of fabrics, I can't say I would wear anything from this insane collection, which had the feel of a high school art project. The "Wizard of Oz" theme didn't help bring things together much, either.
