Curbside Catwalk: San Francisco

We stopped 31-year-old Echo on Market Street in San Francisco. Although the calendar said it was the dead of winter, it was so toasty outside, she didn't need a jacket! But after chatting up this tiny fashionista, we kinda wonder what fab coat she would have sported, had the temperature been so non-wintery. We love how her semi-bohemian duds flatter her small frame, without being too loose.
She told us she aims to look "elegant, but effortless. Casual,
but not too crazy." We think she nailed it. She's wearing:

+ a vintage dress she bought in the UK for $20.
+ a sweater from Banana Republic (a gift)
+ leather boots from Ferragamo (ditto. hey, can we be friends with your friends, too?)
+ distressed bag from H & M, which cost another $20.
+ sunglasses from a street vendor in London for a cool $12.
