After spending nearly $200,000 on a recent trip to Barneys, Katie Holmes has reportedly been banned from excessive shopping by her husband, Tom Cruise. That tidbit leads us to wonder, just how much shopping is excessive shopping? What dollar point makes you realize you've gone completely off the deep end? Is it $100 or is it $5,000?
