Talk about turning lemons into lemonade. Word has it that Naomi Campbell has turned her daily perp walk to the sanitation department into a high fashion photo op for W magazine, shot by Steve Klein. Her finishing touch was in a Dolce & Gabbana gown, pictured, from their fall 2007 collection. Her designer sunglasses, Alaia coat and Louboutin stilettos be damned -- I'm holding out for shots of live action mopping. [editor's note: Laura, you almost got your wish -- the NYT reports someone took a digital snapshot of Naomi on her hands and knees, but they were forced to delete it.]
