Converse just keeps getting better. We love the rubber slip-ons and still adore the John Varvatos team-up. Their latest collaboration is with avant-garde designer Junya Watanabe. Sadly, they look like little more than checkered Chuck Taylors, so you'll have to tell everyone you meet, "They're not just Converse, they're Junya Watanabe. I got them at Barneys."
