Fly or Bye?

We know ruffles are making a comeback, but how about on a handbag? Is this BCBGirls handbag totally overdone, or do you stand by your ruffles? Yes or no?

I like the ruffles on the actual handbag itself, but I don't think I'm all that crazy on the ruffled handle.
