What do Transumers, Swaparamists and Freegans all have in common? They all have issues with shopping. Transumers don't commit to buying anything, preferring instead to borrow or lease, Swaparamists would rather trade garments than shop for them, and Freegans are up for a bargain of the totally free variety. Even if you love shopping, you have to admit a grain of truth in the prank stickers left on products by Adbusters in honor of Buy Nothing Day, which read: "Why bother?
