This sounds like the most unlikely firing in the world, but the New York Post heard word that John Galliano's days at Dior might be numbered. Maybe they didn't love his spring 2007 putty-colored collection filled with monk-like hairdos? Maybe they don't care for his outsize personality? But whatever complaints Dior may have, they really can't argue with the fact that Galliano's collections get them attention each and every season. Of course one could say the same of Hedi Slimane, and Dior had no trouble giving him the heave-ho.
