Return of the Logo?

your-label-sucks.jpgElle says wearing logos is back, but we are still wary of putting too much corporate branding on our sleeves. Our opinion of logos can be summed up in the tee pictured, but what do you think? [Thanks, Tony!]

For me: I don't like flashy lables on pants or shirts. a small monogram on the shirt is ok..or something small on the pants.. inconspicuous. I think since those are the cornerstones of an outfit the focus should be on the look not the brand. On shoes, belts, watches and glasses i'm a more open to having logos more prominant.

of course, there's alwasy an exception: i'll wear monarchy shirts all day long even though they have their name plastered everywhere. it's just so cool though!

exception 2: I'm a huge fan of a specific type of embroidery or stitching on jean back pockets to denote brand - again.. that's still a very subtle touch since 7 for all mankind's back pocket isn't anywhere near as recongnizable as say, the nike swoosh.
