June 27, 2007Dirrty Cleans Up  My goodness, how X-tina has changed -- from R-rated trashionista to sleek and coiffed happily married rumored-mom-to-be. The modern day Madonna when it comes to switching it up, Christina Aguilera's signature look (for now) is the perfect platinum hair, perfect red lips, and really red nails. When on stage, she goes all-out in the costume department but during the day, she keeps it low-maintenance and casual without looking sloppy.
