Katie, 21, made a big impression on us with her mod-inspired vintage finds. But we weren't the only ones! She made it onto the jumbo video screens at the Virgin Music Festival in Baltimore, Maryland. This theater design major hightailed it north from Asheville, North Carolina, in her super-comfy Rocketdog flats, keeping it cute, if not incognito, in sleek '70s shades, where we found her in the front row during Peter, Bjorn and John's set. Her vintage print dress would be at home on Twiggy -- no surprise here, considering the '60s icon is Katie's fashion idol...along with Geri Blank (Amy Sedaris’ geriatric high school-er from "Strangers with Candy"). For the fall, though, Katie is aspiring to look a little more hip-professional than hip-replacement-candidate (a la Blank): "I'm on the lookout for high-waisted, wide-leg trousers," she says.
