Is Marc Jacobs engaged? Buzz is spreading that Jacobs' on-again, off-again boyfriend Jason Preston was at Chelsea's classiest dive Barracuda Saturday flashing a Cartier ring. Then, Jacobs himself popped up and the two were all over each other. Hmmm. Well, if there's any truth to this it'll surely emerge next week, when Jacobs will be all over the place during Fashion Week. Meanwhile, Marc, you're in a bar so close after a relapse? And engaged to a former rent-boy? We're worried.
