The winner for best fashion week catfight goes to Marc Jacobs and Suzy Menkes, fashion reporter for the International Herald Tribune. Menkes soured on Jacobs for starting his show late and gave him a lousy review, calling his collection a "freak show." Jacobs retorted via WWD, "I work my #$@ off. I don't take vacations. I don't have homes all over the world. I don't ride horses: I %#$*&#! work for a living," he fumed, hinting that he might ditch the New York tents and show in Paris next time around. "So leave me alone and don't come to the show next time." Meow.
