Considering all trends revolve, it is not surprising to see it again.
but the weird thing is, it's not like it's been a missing trend. anytime a woman wears a tank top there's a bra strap peeking out (i am guilty of this sin myself). thankfully we moved away from the exposed-thong look of the late 90s/early 00s. that was ill.
