Last night I landed at the launch of Nintendo's clothing collection by Torrel Torrel. Yes, a clothing line. Yes, by Nintendo. Frankly, I wasn't overly impressed as the line mainly consisted of hip-hop fashion designs circa 1995. I personally was expecting something a little more kitschy a la "Hello Kitty" with a futuristic edge. However, I was impressed by the vast array of fashionistas on the scene. From punk-rockers, to corporate preps, to hip-hop divas, it seems that everyone wanted to get in on the game.
