Macy’s Sues Kimora Lee Simmons

Macy’s is suing “Baby Phat” founder and television personality Kimora Lee Simmons for allegedly overcharging the department store for her line of beauty products and then supposedly refusing to reimburse Macy's for the extra cost. Hmm, this is not so fabulous, it will be interesting to see this mega retail giant take on this fashion diva.(via NY Post)
