Courtney Love has signed on as the new muse of Givenchy, proving once and for all that image trumps beauty in our post-fashion age. Bad move if you ask me. Not only is she unattractive, she’s really not that interesting. But Love’s a supermodel of self-promotion. 'Givenchy is like me,' she tells the U.K. Telegraph. 'A legendary brand that has had its ups and downs.’ You’ve gotta wonder how the suits at Givenchy are going to talk the stage-diving songbird down when she balloons to her fighting weight mid-campaign.
They can always buy time by reviving the Stevie Nicks halter .
