Until recently, I had made it a personal rule to stay away from predictable (read: boring), black, knee-high boots; however after noticing the rise of really funky, creative and durable black boots on the streets of NYC (take note of the tassels above) I'm currently on a slight hunt for the perfect eclectic pair.
