The judges' rationale for saying 'auf weidersehn' to Kit eludes me. She has consistently created smart, forward designs while, Ricky, who has consistently turned out wrinkled, gaping, poorly put-together, eh pieces was spared yet again. But I digress... The question is:

I totally agree. Ricky has performed poorly for several weeks. I have never been impressed with his work. I was shocked that Kevin was let go, and now Kit. It's Ricky's turn to go.

Yes, I was very suprised too. Do they really think that Ricky has enough designer in him to actually win this thing? Does HE actually think that? Well, if anyone thinks that, they are wrong. He has consistantly created not finished, not professional work that I would be ashamed to call my own. ARG!

I disagree with the comments that say one person should not shoulder the blame for collaborative work. Poppycock! Every team has a leader. The leader is responsible for everything the team does. Good and bad. This is about stepping up and taking responsibility for everything your team does. This is real life and an appropriate challenge.
