I honestly ran back two blocks to catch up with Joey because he was so fabulous. This FIT design student manages to rock Betsey Johnson stilettos, skinny jeans, a Birkin bag and a turban sealed with a beautiful pendant. When I asked him what was going to be his signature item, he shouted, "The turban, I'm going to make it the new baseball cap!" My instincts tell me he probably will.
