February 04, 2008DVF Fall 2008Ahhhhhh – I truly enjoyed this show! This season's DVF girl easily went from drinking tea in the English countryside as Daddy's favorite, to a virtual IT GIRL at the party of the season! Diane described the line as loads of fun with beautiful patterns taken from nature. I honestly felt as if she took her signature wrap dress and cut it up for this collection. The '40s inspired line featured quite a bit of layers, pairing bold, silk zebra prints with belted wool coats in purple. Full and pencil style skirts tended to bring the look back to earth with neutral shades, highlighted with fun elements such as silver tinsel.
