CommentsUGH. I knew flower prints were coming back. Sure, these outfits look good on the models, but on other people flower prints can look kind of grandmotherly. Ugh is right! Perhaps on a size 2, but it pretty much stops there. UGH. And I hated the puffy sleeves. Posted by: Melissa at March 10, 2008 10:29 AM not necessarily, riley. the cool thing about the florals this season is they come in young silhouettes -- tunics, cropped jackets, minidresses, etc. -- and in more than your garden-variety pastels. check out cynthia steffe's floral tunic (style #2117534), the sweet nanette lepore dress with floral eyelet hem (style #2124192) or elie tahari's cropped floral eyelet jacket (style #2136534). do you really see your grandmother in any of these? Posted by: nana at March 10, 2008 11:20 AM No, nana, I can't see my grandmother in these types of outfits, but I can see her wearing outfits with the same print.
