Curbside Catwalk: Las Vegas

vegasgirlsmall.jpgWhew. And you thought Fashion Week was exahusting. We've just returned from Magic in Las Vegas, where some 120,000 people from 80 countries either exhibited or came to check out some 5,000 brands of clothing and accessories. (The convention center where the event was held is 3.2 million sq. ft.) The most exciting space was again the "streetwear" floor, where the Rocawears, Sean Johns, Baby Phats and such of the world constructed massive, sometimes two-story mini stores to display their goods. Of course, peeping folks individual styles were another big draw, and here you see Nesha of L.A. Though she gets like, a million points on her hair alone, her purple passion as expressed through Gap jeans, Artful Crafty top along with Chanel bangles (you don't see her Nike high tops with purple slouch socks) made her a hit even among the crowds.
