At the SATC premiere in London this past Monday, a green ombre hat scultpure by milliner Philip Treacy ate SJP on the red carpet. Today, a Philip Treacy hat nearly gobbled Paris Hilton in Cannes at the signing of her new fragrance, Can Can.
