Back Patrol: Ruffled, Strapless Dress

As things heat up here in NYC, I will be trending the great "back" looks in and around the city. Take style note of the fab purple shade, ruffle detail and the cinched waist of this strapless dress....I must admit the back of the dress caught my eye more than anything else.
