CommentsHmm.... Flypaper, I'm usually on your side, but on the right gentlemen these Scottish mates -- or not -- can be pretty HOT! I do agree that most men not of Scottish upbringing can pull them off, but BRAVO to those who can. -- cheers

Summer has finally arrived in the Pacific Northwest and that means one thing: It's Utilikilt time! In the last 10 days, having recently been in Seattle, Eugene, and back to Portland, I've seen no fewer than a dozen of these horrible toolbelts-parading-as-man-skirts on the lithe bodies of otherwise seemingly normal dudes. Why, oh why??? Ladies, let us assert control over one of the few things that we control in this life - fashion - and show these misguided gents that
