You know you're a celebrity when publications keep you the same age for three years. Just as Rihanna has been 19 since her first single "Pon De Replay" dropped in '05, Christian Siriano is fast being immortalized as Forever 21. The truth is he's 22 now and has been since November 18th of this year (according to his Wikipedia page), just two months after he won Project Runway.
