This weekend, despite the soaring temps here in the city, fashionistas were out in full force at some of the hottest free concerts in Gotham. I took notice of the bevvy of fashionable straw hats seen on the scene. Take style note of the unique bands--both beads and a polka dot strip of cloth. Very nice.........
