The other night, I noticed quite a few fashionistas rocking a variety of belts with flowly dresses, something, I'm not quite used to seeing, in fact now that I think about it, belted dresses are in-- in a big but subtle way. Take style note of the contrasting colors of the belts with the dresses here and that the belted look can be worn with both short and long dresses and at various points on the waistline (both above, below and center.)
