Not only was my eye instantly caught by the funky design of this red dress, but I was pleased to learn that the fashionista rocking this piece--also designed it! She says she made it out of a t-shirt, hand painted it like a canvas and added a very "sexy factor" with the halter neck style. Nice, no?
