Monday, January 19th:
*Stylist, Pat Field talks the inspiration behind some of the Confessions of a Shopaholic looks in Rebecca Bloomwood's Closet .
*Serena and Dan show us breaking up is "haute" to do on Gossip Girl
Tuesday, January 20th: Michelle Obama doesn't wear a jumpsuit to the Inauguration, but she does wear a a gold brocade coat and dress by Isabel Toledo with patent Jimmy Choo pumps to Inauguration Day events and caps off the evening in a one-shoulder Jason Wu gown that she wears to the 10 Inaugural Balls held across DC. The Smithsonian wants both outfits for a First Ladies exhibit.
Wednesday, January 21st:
*AP poll shows on Michelle Obama's inauguration fashion choices, 48% approved, 6% didn't and 45% didn't care.
Thursday, January 22nd:
*The men's shows in Milan get "gloomy " reviews, but the Paris collections show men in zoot suits (Jean Paul Gaultier), matador jackets (Hugo Boss ), and high water pants (Yves Saint Laurent ).
*Let the Oscar Gown Hunt begin. The Oscar nominees are announced and with Marisa Tomei and Kate Winslet among them we're looking forward to a welcome deviation from the usual parade of goddess gowns.
*Madonna and Marc Jacobs take us behind the scenes of the Louis Vuitton Spring '09 shoot .
Friday, January 23rd:
*Kanye West sneak peeks the sneaker line he's designing for Louis Vuitton .
*We launch Michelle Obama's fashion album , a constantly updated look at who the First Lady's wearing and how you can rock her look too (for up to 40% off , of course)!
