We first noticed the resurgence of the harem -- a.k.a. M.C. Hammer -- pant last May, in Christian Dior's Resort '09 line, and when we asked you back in December if you were ready to sport the drop crotch look, 77% of you said you'd rather (NOT) wear dirty diapers. But, for better or for worse, it's Hammer Time. Nicole Miller's new Chartreuse line features hammers for Fall 2009 while Julia Restoin (left) models a pair in MANGO's Spring '09 campaign. If the thought of wearing Hammer pants still makes you shudder, get some leggings. Quick!
