Grammy nominee M.I.A. brings new meaning to the phrase, "Go big or go home."

Yes, my girl had on a polka dot diaper bloomer bikini over a mesh minidress as she performed her Grammy nominated "Swagger Like Us" with Jay-Z, Lil' Wayne and Kanye West. Yes, her due date was yesterday, as in, her water coulda broke all over her spanking new high top kicks. But does it get any cooler that the mom-to-be didn't hide her belly under a bashful flurry of tulle? M.I.A. should change the hook to her song to "No one on the corner got swagger like me."

this one gets a big FTW: almost makes me want to reproduce, as m.i.a. proves it is only as boring as you make it, and clearly it is possible to make it anything but boring. also, how rock star is this kid going to be?!?!

No, I don't think she could be any cooler! Anything she does just drips with attitude and progression. Cool post!

yeah, i fell in love with her when i read her quote in the december issue of GQ: "The fight isn't over whether you're alternative or mainstream. It's how do you tune the mainstream to a different frequency. I don't think you beat the system. You eat the system."
