Yes, I'm not happy that it's freaking 40 degrees today and there's still snow/ice/black slush on the ground from the random Nor'easter that covered the East Coast in a blanket of white powder on Sunday, but spring IS coming. Not only can I feel it but I have proof: these suede colorblock Brian Atwood platform 'Brooke Mix' slingbacks. From the moment I described them, I was bitten by the love bug. They've recently been sitting in our photo studio for one of the glamazon models we use to prance around in for a shoot. When the studio's empty, I go visit my gorgeous shoes and whisper, ala Carrie style "Hello, lovah! As sure as spring is coming, you will be on my feet." The shoes hit the site next week -- I can't wait! Sigh... I love spring and I love shoes even more.
